To produce fresh, healthy, and all natural products that retain
many of the nutrients God placed in the grain. To create an atmosphere
that reflects a time when industry naturally blended with the environment
and to enhance reflection of our history.
Roger's Creek Grist Mill

We are not an old mill, but we do grind with
stones the old-fashioned way. Our pancake and
muffin mixes have a hearty taste only stone ground, whole grain can deliver. Come on in, sit a spell,
get a feel of what life was like a hundred years ago.
Smell the aroma of fresh flour ground from
hard white wheat, red spring wheat, or yellow corn.
